I checked out the website and decided to call Victoria prior to making a choice. She asked me what colors and style she thought the receiver would like. Then I went onto the site and chose my gift. The next day my friend (receiver) called me and told me how big and beautiful the arrangement was and sent me pictures. It was so big and beautiful, with all the lavenders and purples I was hoping to see. Victoria took the time to get the details to make the experience great for both me and my friend.
